Bobby Brown (born on February 5, 1969 in Boston, Massachusetts) is an American R&B singer. Bobby Brown began his music career as a member of the R&B boy band New Edition. The group's hits with Bobby Brown included "Candy Girl", "Cool It Now", and "Mr. Telephone Man". He left the band in 1986, but in 2006 announced that he will be rejoining the group for a new album and tour.

Bobby Brown Tickets Continued

A pioneer of New Jack Swing music, Bobby Brown released his second album Don't Be Cruel in 1988. With hits like the title cut, "Every Little Step", "Rock Wit' Cha", "My Perogative" (a song that was subsequently covered by Britney Spears in 2004) and "Roni", the album made Bobby Brown famous.

Bobby Brown married Whitney Houston in July 1992. In 2005, Bravo debuted the reality television show "Being Bobby Brown". The program features Bobby Brown, Whitney Houston and their extended family over the course of six months, as they ostensibly work to improve and repair their lives.

In 2005, Bobby Brown announced that he would be rejoining the group New Edition. In 2006, New Edition announced that the group would launch a new album and tour in 2008. Bobby Brown continues with his solo work as well as work with the group.
