Camera Obscura is an indie band from Glasgow, Scotland,
formed in 1996 by Tracyanne Campbell, John Henderson and Gavin
Dunbar. In September 2005, Camera Obscura started recording
their newest album, to be titled Let's Get Out of This
Country, with Swedish producer Jari Haapalainen. This album was
released on June 6, 2006. The first single from the album was a
tribute to Lloyd Cole's biggest hit single entitled "Lloyd, I'm Ready
to be Heartbroken". They are touring throughout 2006 to promote the
album.
