Slightly Stoopid Tickets
Originally from Ocean Beach, California, Slightly Stoopid, is an eclectic band whose style fuses rock, reggae, hip-hop and blues, along with a few fringe elements such as punk and dub. In 1995, two childhood friends named Miles Doughty and Kyle McDonald joined forces to create the band. While they were still in high school, Bradley Nowell of Sublime signed them to his independent label. Their debut album, Slightly $toopid, was released in 1996. Their song "The Longest Barrel Ride," which was inspired by the beach culture that surrounded them, became a cult classic. The list of hit bands and performers they have collaborated with is rather extensive. It includes names such as the Dave Matthews Band, Damian "Jr. Gong" Marley, the Roots and Snoop Dog.
Slightly Stoopid provides a unique music experience with their rhythmic sound and genre fusions. They maintain a full tour calendar throughout the year, and are very fond of performing live at music festivals.
