Starship Featuring Mickey Thomas Tickets
Born John Michael Thomas in Georgia, 1949, the American singer joined Jefferson Starship in 1979. The original Starship disbanded in 1991, after which Thomas formed a new group, recording "Wild Again" for the soundtrack of "Cocktail" and the 1989 title song for "Sing." He appeared in the 1989 film, "Dream a Little Dream."
In 2002 Thomas re-recorded much of the Jefferson Starship catalogue, and in 2004 released "Over the Edge." A new album came out in 2008 with Direct Music. In 2010, a new starship debut, "Loveless Fascination," was announced, and "Marauder" was released in 2011.
