MLB All-Star Tickets
The MLB All Star Game, also known as the "Midsummer Classic", is an annual contest played between the top players in the National League and American League in professional American Major League Baseball (MLB). Since 1933, the All Star Game has commemorated the halfway point of the baseball season, honored the top players in both leagues and provided fans with some exciting competition between the best of the American and National Leagues. A more recent rule also gives the league which wins the game home field advantage for the very important MLB World Series championships.
Players for the MLB All Star Game are selected by fan voting, player voting and manager recruitment. Managers on the other hand, are often chosen based on performance in the prior MLB season. While the All-Star Game is the main event of MLB All Star weekend, the annual long weekend consists of several other exciting contests. These include the Home Run Derby, All-Star Futures Game and Legends and Celebrity Soft ball game.
