Champions League Tickets
The Champions League is the UEFA's premiere championship soccer tournament. It consists of participating soccer clubs, in the Champions soccer league, duking it out, for the top spot in Europe.
Thirty two teams in the Champions League are divided into eight groups of four teams, with each one playing through until elimination. Rounds are two-legged, with each team hosting one match per round and those teams with the most total goals qualify for the next round. The most successful teams in the history of the tournament have been Real Madrid CF (Spain), AC Milan (Italy), Liverpool FC (U. K) and FC Bayern Munchen (Germany).
Since its inception in 1955, the Champions League has become the biggest club tournament in soccer and one of the most prestigious tournaments in European soccer, second only to the UEFA Euro Championship, which is played once every four years.
