Major League Soccer Tickets
Major League Soccer is the top soccer league in the United States and in Canada. It is sanctioned by the professional division of the United States Soccer Federation (USSF or U.S. Soccer), which is a member of Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA).
MLS was formed in December 1993, based on a promise to FIFA to establish a "Division One" professional football league in exchange for the staging of the FIFA World Cup 1994 in the United States. The league began play in 1996 with ten teams and had strong attendance in the first season, which has continued throughout the years.
The MLS currently consists of two conferences (Eastern and Western) and 14 soccer clubs, all competing for the coveted U.S. Open Cup of soccer.
