Cirque du Soleil-Amaluna Tickets
Amaluna is a new production from Cirque du Soleil. Created by Diane Paulus, it premiered in Montreal in April, 2012. The name Amaluna combines two words, mother and moon.
The story involves island-dwelling goddesses who are ruled by a queen named Prospera. A storm hits the seas, and a group of men land on the shore of the island. One of the men becomes involved with the queen's daughter, and the trials the couple face unfold through the production.
