MLB Regular Season Winds Down

MLBMajor League Baseball is winding down with less than a week left of regular season play.

It was an exciting night for the American League Tuesday, as the Yankees and Rays secured spots in the upcoming playoffs.

The Yankees are celebrating after a 6-1 win over the Toronto Blue Jays last night. With the exception of 2008, the NY Yankees have made it into the playoffs every year since 1995.

The Tampa Bay Rays will also compete after their win against the Baltimore Orioles. One of these two teams will represent the American (more…)

American comedian, Daniel Tosh, is going on a massive tour this fall. The Tosh Tour Twenty Ten will travel to over forty U.S. cities from September through November.

Sarcasm is Tosh’s brand of comedy, and is something he does very well. His sharp humor has taken him from the comedy club circuit to Comedy Central, where he hosts the hit show, “Tosh-O.”

Seahawks Outllook in Game Three

seahawksIt’s week three for the NFL, and the Seattle Seahawks are going in 1-1. Under the new leadership of head coach Pete Carroll, the Seahawks are showing signs of change, and are still looking for their rhythm as a team.

Seattle opened strong against San Francisco with a 31-6 win over the 49ers at home. In game two on the road, the Seahawks didn’t fair so well, losing to Denver 31-14. (more…)
