Last night marked a big win for the San Francisco Giant against the Philadelphia Phillies in game four of the National League Championship Series.
The Giants scraped by the Phillies with a sacrifice fly to left field off of Phillies’ reliever Roy Oswalt to bring Aubrey Huff home. Aubrey had hit a single earlier in the inning, and made it to third off of a single by Buster Posey.
“I got butterflies,” winning pitcher Brian Wilson said. “I got anxiety. I got a mini-ulcer developing, but it’s all worth it. We never lost focus.”
The win brings the Giants one win away from the World Series. Tonight’s Game 5 will see some of the MLB’s finest pitchers battle it out.
