as a life long habs fan I have made the trip from vancouver to montreal several times to watch my team play. All I can say is there is no experience like seeing the Habs play on a saturday night, especially when the Bruins are in town. The fans are the best in the game by far, and are all over every play during the game. The new stadium isn't the old forum, but not a bad replacement at all. The seating is very steep so you're right on top of the play, and you have a good view from any seat in the house. It's a hockey stadium so the food isn't the best, but it's one of the better ones I've had. Myavorite part of the game was the fact that they won in a shootout. There's nothing like seeing the most passionate fans in the game during a game like that. Also, it's cool to see greats like Beliveau sitting in seats with the fans, and no one bothers him, he's treated like the royalty he is.
The game was great... arena was full! There with my son and father and we had an absolutely great time!!
