Blink 182 Tickets
After a mid-2000s hiatus, the Mark, Tom and Travis show is back together. Famed pop-punk group Blink-182, whose juvenile-delinquent anthems were the soundtrack to a generation of high school mischief, angst, and unrequited crushes, are back with a new sound and a Summer 2011 tour. The live show mixes early hits like â??Dammit,â?? â??What's My Age Again,â?? and â??Adam's Songâ?? with newer material including cuts from their more serious 2003 self-titled LP.
Drummer Travis Barker may be famous for his prodigious skills, showcased in both Blink-182 and side project Transplants (Remember their song â??Diamonds and Guns?â?? Every time it played on that shampoo commercial, anyone who heard it was stuck humming the piano hook for days afterward), but the songwriting, singing, and musicianship of bassist Mark Hoppus and guitarist Tom DeLonge are what makes Blink-182 amazing.
