Ticket Purchase Policies

• All orders are Satisfaction Guaranteed!
• ShowTimeTickets.com is an independent full service ticket agency. We are not affiliated with any primary ticket agency, box office or venue.
• Our prices are different than the printed prices on the ticket as they are based on supply & demand and include a service charge which reflects the difficulty and cost in obtaining premium seats and/or hard to get tickets.
• Prices are guaranteed at the time your order is confirmed. Since event tickets are purchased in a free and fluctuating market, prices can change at any time and have a tendency to increase as the event date approaches and ticket supply diminishes.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges shall be given once order has been placed. Should the event be cancelled in its entirety, ShowTimeTickets.com will refund the face value of the ticket or issue a full credit towards a future event. Tickets must be returned within 7 days of the cancelled event, along with your receipt.
• Postponement or time changes of the event due to weather, acts of God or any other outside force, or cancellation of partial performances is beyond the control of ShowTimeTickets.com therefore, no refund shall be given. If an event is postponed, tickets will be valid for new date.
• ShowTimeTickets.com is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
• ShowTimeTickets.com reserves the right to provide upgrades to a better class ticket for all ticket orders at no extra charge to the customer.
• Full payment, or on special occasion a 50% non-refundable deposit ( balance due 2 - 4 weeks prior to the event ), is due at time of order.
• A Faxed credit card authorization form may occasionally be requested for certain credit card purchases. Photocopies of credit card and drivers license, plus billing address of cardholder must be provided for verification purposes.
• All prices are in US dollars for US events, Canadian dollars for Canadian events, and Euros for European events unless otherwise indicated.

Inventory Availability

Because we are dealing with many countless different sources, exact seat numbers can not be sold in real time. We do our best to keep up and constantly update the web site with ticket availability to make it as accurate as possible and reserve the right to provide complimentary upgrades to a better class ticket for all orders.

Prices and availability are subject to change at any time however all is guaranteed at the time the order is confirmed.

We will provide you with availability and delivery information when your order is confirmed. All confirmed orders are guaranteed by contract.

Payment Information

Paying by Credit Card

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and the JCB Card. The billing address will be verified with your credit card company so you must use the exact address that is on your statement. We will occasionally require faxed confirmation for various orders for security reasons.

Paying by Paypal

To assist customers without credit card access, we do offer Paypal acceptance with a 5% service fee.

Paying by Check/Money Order

ShowTime Tickets does not normally accept personal checks unless you have an account with us. We will, on occasion, accept a personal check and wait for it to clear your bank account before issuing tickets. We accept payments using a cashiers check or money order. Order will not be confirmed until check has been received at ShowTime Tickets.

Paying by Cash

This can normally only be done at one of our offices, however, under special circumstances we may on occasion accept cash at one of our agent's offices.

Information Gathered & Tracked

We use your internet protocol address and browser type to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. Use of the Information this site Gathers and Tracks

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services.

Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings.

Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services

We run contests on our site in which we ask visitors for contact information (like their email address). We use contact data from our contests to send users information about our company.

Security

ShowTime Tickets website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All transactions are placed on our secure server and are encrypted with full 128-bit encryption. All transactions must be placed with a secure browser for customers to take advantage of this.

ShowTime Tickets will not sell or give away and personal information that is kept in our database.We will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information with third parties except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.

Opt-out Policy

Our site gives users the options for removing their information from our database to not receive future communications or to no longer receive our service. Upon request, Showtime Tickets will remove you and your personal information from our database, thereby canceling your registration; or correct or update any personal information you have provided. Shipping Policies

ShowTime Tickets requires a signature on all deliveries.

We do not allow any rerouted packages and the courier must deliver it to the address on the package.

Tickets are normally sent to your credit card billing address.

Should you require that the order be shipped to an alternate address, we will require faxed authorization from you. This includes a signed copy of the invoice along with legible copies of your driver's license and the credit card that was used.

The tickets will be delivered using the best method.

Customers will be notified when their tickets are ready for delivery and when package can be expected.

Delivery times are approximate and are from time tickets are sent from our office. If you absolutely need your tickets by a certain time please advise and we will do everything in our power to accommodate or we will forward you a certificate (for gift purposes) until tickets are received.
