brit-pop, a genre they deny, claiming they are more heavily
influenced by American grunge music.

Scalpers are still crooks. They scoop up every possible good seat within minutes of sales opening. My ticket ended up being about twice the price of the original TicketMaster ones.
That being said, this company was at least nice about it (better be). I got prompt and courteous response over both Live Chat and the phone, even with my last minute credit card issues. Good thing they have an office in town and very close to the venue in question. However, the new TM paperless system has made it even more annoying to get tickets from dealers. So I didn't get my front row floor spot because we had to meet up when the door already opened.

Our disappointment was not due to the concert, it was due to the fact that we missed the concert due to an epic day of flight delays. We are really disappointed to have missed what was probably a stellar show and wish there had been some way to refund our tickets so it wasn't a double disappointment of no great concert and loss of money.
