Stryper Tickets

The first Christian rock band to catch the attention of mainstream listeners and viewers, Stryper was first known as "Roxx Regime." Formed in '83 with Michael Sweet (vocals, guitar), Oz Fox (guitar), Robert Sweet (drums) and Tracie Ferrie (bass-replacing Tim Gaines), they signed with Enigma Records.

Their first release was "The Yellow and Black Attack," and '"To Hell with the Devil" went platinum. The name, "Stryper" is taken from Isaiah 53.5, which includes "â?¦and by His stripes are we healed." A release in 2010 was entitled, "The Covering."
