Tim Reynolds Tickets Continued
Tim Reynolds and Dave Matthews started playing a few one-off acoustic duo sets
in 1993. These sets featured Dave's music, stripped down to just the acoustic guitar with Tim
Reynold's guitar complementing his songs. During these sets, Tim Reynolds
would usually play between one to four of his own pieces, usually two, that spanned his own
catalogue of work. After a few years, these shows gained popularity, and they embarked in 1996
on their first full US tour together as a duo. In 1999, coinciding with a massive 40 date US tour,
Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds - Live at Luther College was released. This album
saw the world-wide release of Tim Reynold's solo composition, "Stream," from his
album of the same name.
Tim Reynolds and Dave reprised their duo shows as an opening for the Dave
Matthews & Friends tour in 2003 and early 2004. Notable guests during some of these shows
included Carlos
Santana, Bob
Weir, Warren
Haynes and T Bone
Burnett.
